What is your minimum order quantity for keycap sets?

Our standard MOQ is 500 sets for in-stock colors. Custom colorways or custom legends require 1,000+ sets. For branded packaging (custom boxes, inserts, sleeves), MOQ starts at 500 sets with a 10-15 day additional production window. We do not offer single-unit retail dropshipping for most products.

What are your production lead times?

Stock items ship within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders (colors, legends, branding) typically require 20-35 days for production. The October-December holiday season may extend lead times by 7-15 days due to high factory demand. We recommend placing bulk orders at least 6 weeks ahead of planned product launches.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Sample sets are available at standard retail pricing. For OEM orders above 2,000 sets, we can provide pre-production samples at tooling cost, credited toward bulk order fulfillment. Sample quality always matches bulk production standards – we do not send premium samples and ship inferior bulk products.

What payment methods do you accept?

For first-time buyers: T/T 100% deposit. For established accounts with verified trade history: T/T 30% deposit / 70% before shipment. We also accept PayPal (for orders under $3,000), Alibaba Trade Assurance, and major credit cards for sample orders. USD, CNY, and EUR accepted.

Do you offer OEM/ODM services for keyboard brands?

Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM services including custom PCB design, case molding, keycap production, assembly, and packaging. Our ODM team can help you go from concept to finished product with your brand logo. ODM projects typically require 60-90 days for first samples and 90-120 days for bulk production.

What is your quality control process?

Every batch undergoes visual inspection, switch compatibility testing, and legend accuracy verification before shipping. For orders above 5,000 sets, we can provide pre-shipment photos and video documentation. We handle returns and replacements for manufacturing defects within 90 days of delivery with photo documentation required.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Australia, and South America. Shipping methods include DHL (3-7 days), FedEx (5-10 days), UPS (5-10 days), and sea freight (25-45 days) for bulky orders or budget-sensitive shipments. All shipments include tracking and insurance options.

What keycap profiles do you manufacture?

We produce Cherry profile, OEM profile, SA profile, MDA profile, and MOA profile keycaps. Custom profiles can be developed for unique keyboard projects with appropriate tooling costs and order quantities. We work with PBT, ABS, and PC materials with doubleshot, dye-sublimation, laser engraving, and pad printing legends.
